What I am looking for
Three kinds of message I always answer.
Design and physical design
RTL, verification, synthesis, or place and route. I am most useful where a real block has to close timing and come back DRC clean, and I am happy to start on the unglamorous parts of the flow.
Shared shuttle runs
If your university group wants to contribute IP to a joint SKY130 run, the integration model is already set and there is room on the chassis. Tell me what your block does and roughly how big it is.
ML on hard physics data
Class imbalance, rare event detection, uncertainty that has to mean something, or constraints that a loss function should enforce rather than hope for.
